I propose a solution to modernize the legal industry by leveraging the current tech/digital revolution. It is evident that the traditional methods of conducting legal processes are outdated, and there is a need for technological advancements to improve efficiency and enhance access to justice. By embracing technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation, we can streamline legal processes, cater to the changing needs of clients, and provide more efficient and cost-effective legal services.

To gain in-depth qualitative perspectives on Impact of technology on the legal system, a semi-structured online survey was administered using Google Forms. A snowball sampling approach enabled participation from 5 individuals with extensive experience in law. While the quantitative analysis is limited by the sample size, the rich qualitative data obtained through open-ended questions provided valuable insights into ‘’Impact of technology on the legal system’’

Empathize Phase Report: Understanding the Legal System through Lawyers and Law Students

Introduction:

In tackling the intricate complexities of the legal system, understanding the experiences and perspectives of those navigating it directly is crucial. To this end, my research employed an empathize phase, immersing myself in the thoughts, feelings, and needs of lawyers and law students through a targeted snowball survey. This report delves into the key findings from this phase, highlighting how empathy has shaped my understanding of the legal landscape.

Methodology:

Leveraging the snowball sampling technique, initial participants (lawyers and law students) recommended further survey candidates within their professional networks. This iterative approach enabled access to diverse, real-world experiences within the legal system. The survey used both open-ended and closed-ended questions to encourage thoughtful reflection and capture quantitative data.

Building Empathy:

To foster genuine empathy, the survey adopted various techniques. Open-ended questions probed beyond surface-level responses, inviting participants to share their challenges, triumphs, and frustrations within the legal system.
